A valued partner
Atlantic American acquires and revitalizes properties for its own portfolio and also in partnership with non-profit organizations. Typically, when in a joint venture with a non-profit, we contribute our transaction, financing and construction/renovation expertise, enabling the non-profit to focus on its service mission. Dependent on the goals of the non-profit and the needs of the project, we either provide a turn-key service and exit the partnership upon the successful rehabilitation and stabilization of the property or remain a co-general partner for the life of the partnership.
